For headphone users only: if you are having this same problem but on headphones, do what I did:
Go to the sound control panel
Go to playback
Click on the headphones that you are using
Go to advanced settings
Uncheck “enable audio enhancements “
And click apply
Now ur all done and the echo is gone😁
