  1. these guys do not care in the slightest about their product or customers. buying a dx racer chair is probably the worst office chair experience i have ever had. if you call and ask about a return literally the day after you get it they load you up with a 20% return fee and $50 shipping charge on top of saying it may take 45 days to process and they may or may not even give you a refund.

  2. DXRacer is a garbage company selling garbage products.

Literally a few days after my chair's warranty expired the gas cylinder failed (wouldn't hold the chair up AND leaked oil all over the floor). They told me they couldn't do anything for me. So, I bought a replacement cylinder directly from them and it failed TWO MONTHS later. I put in a ticket for replacement and they said they don't replace faulty parts. Brand new replacement parts provided by them carry no warranty. So, twice they had an opportunity to make it right AND make a customer for life and twice they told me they couldn't help me, give us more money.

Avoid DXRacer. They don't stand behind their products and they don't care.

  3. Do not buy DX racer chair. Spend more than SGD600 but it don’t even last for 2 years. Sure, mechanisms with warranty but the seat cracked and peeled off. Same goes for the backrest. No after sales support as local DXRacer SG do not reply email and America office replied no replacement parts.

DO NOT BUY, unless you use it for less than 2 years or comfortable with the peeled, cracked seat and backrest.

  4. Hi, does your bucket left sturd presses on the lower left part of the backrest? It looks like the plastic "triangle" is piercing the leather of the backrest on my chair. Is this normal?
